I am a 50+ woman in menopause who was STILL struggling with acne (since my teens), and of course, I have tried every treatment under the sun with no luck. I started the Acne Cream in March 2025 and noticed a significant shift in October 2025 (7 months). I started using the Acne Cream every night. I did experience some irritation, but I used a good moisturizer, and that really helped. Around August / September, I backed off to every other night, and I found that this is the sweet spot for me. It is now January 2026, and I can say that this treatment continues to deliver results. My skin is clearer than it has ever been, and I couldn't be happier. I will say that I think I experienced "a purge" in the June-July timeframe. In my opinion, it's definitely worth trying this treatment for at least 9 months. I am super happy that I don't have to wear heavy foundation and concealer anymore - I wear a light tinted moisturizer nowadays and its perfect.
