The Four Stars is due to the automation, not necessarily the formulation. The gentle formula worked well on me, and after several months I moved to the Balanced formulation, but that one has proven too strong for multi-weekly use for me. It should be simple, to just go into your account, and revert back to the baseline general formula. Not with Musely. You have to find the button to request a formulation change. Then you will be charged $10 for a 3 min meeting with a doc all so they can put you back onto the formula you have used before. Any "rewards" you accumulate basically cover that visit. The interface on the consumer end should be more user-friendly and I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to go back to a gentler formula that I have already been on with Musely.
