This stuff is AMAZING! The first time I took it was during the beginning of a cold/flu virus. I instantly felt better and the virus never took hold (everyone else in my family suffered thru it). But anyone saying it tastes delicious is telling a damn lie. I'm not even going to sugar-coat it, this stuff tastes awful to me. I have to hold my breath, say a prayer, and swallow fast. But I will soldier on because I haven't felt this energized in a long time (I had a baby a year ago). And the great thing is it's not the jittery type of energy. I feel calm and focused!
