Besides it having a little different after taste that I'm not sure I like, this is great. I've used it for a few days for oil pulling. I'm a newbie so I'm only using it for about 5 minutes 3-4 times a week. It has a wonderful flavor but I don't think I would use it as a mouth wash as a quick rinse.
