I use this everyday!! It does work if you use it as suggested. I do the oil pulling so 20 minutes before brushing every day! My mouth feels super clean and refreshed after using this. It is well worth the investment!!

I Love this stuff, I stopped using fluoride and started oil pulling about a year ago, this stuff taste good, and makes your mouth feel extra clean. Plus I love knowing that it is doing great things for cavities and sensitivity. If you are on the fence, try it you will be glad you did!! I found that with the oil pulling the recommended 20 minutes is best to achieve results, I use it everyday 😊
