This product has definitely helped with my dark circles under my eyes from not sleeping well and "age". I clean my face & do not apply moisturizer in the under eye area. When you see the mask you will know what area to avoid. Apply eye masks as directed. Then remove and discard in the am. They are not reusable masks. The results will show if you follow the directions. I would recommend this product
