Consistency works best when using this. I began by using every other day, or every few days, while my skin adjusted. I had itchiness and redness for the first month, which I alleviated by applying moisturizer daily. Now that I’m in month two, the redness and itchiness have gone away and I can see that my skin is beginning to clear up. Don’t give up if the first month is rough! This has some strong ingredients.
