I'm seeing results and it hasn't even been 3 months. I'm also doing topical minoxidil but have been doing that a long time and can tell the difference when I added the hair pill. What I like about it is it is not a gummy, which makes it much easier to travel with. So many supplements these days are gummies and the calories add up!
