I have been using the hair pill for about 3 months and I am definitely seeing some positive results. After about 2 weeks of use I started to see a rapid increase in shedding. I panicked but after coming to the community I found out that this is called "dread shed' and a good sign meaning that old hair is being pushed out for thicker, healthier new growth. After about 2 weeks of this I started to see small signs of new growth. I have also noticed that my eyelashes have gotten thicker and longer- a pleasant surprise. I haven't experienced any side effects and I just take my pill each night with the rest of my supplements- very quick and easy. I think there is a definite improvement in my before and after photos!
