Seems like it is working. Takes a while to see a difference but I am definitely seeing slower growth after using for nearly 2 months now. It smooths on easily and soaks in after a few minutes. My other skincare and makeup goes right over it fine with now issue. Does not dry my skin out or make it greasy. Will definitely keep using.
