This eye serum is extremely gentle and seems to be improving my fine lines nicely. I haven’t noticed a decrease in my dark circles that I have due to eyelash serum, I have hopes the hydroquinone will help with that eventually. I don’t believe it has ingredients for puffy eyes but I will keep using due to the progress with the lines around my eyes.
