I have been using the Estrogen Cream for about a month now. Some trial and error us dispensing the product to remembering to use the Cream 2x a day! I came from HRT that was a pill and a patch. So getting used to this new routine took some adjusting but I think I've finally got this down. Still some mood swings but getting better! Still not much a a libido, but here's hoping I'll see changes there too!
