I first noticed decreased fatigue, which used to plague me. My random hot flashes have gone away and I just feel more balanced. With my newfound energy, I’ve been able to get back into the gym. Also found that this product helped with weight loss. I originally stopped semaglutide because I finally got over a plateau, but slowly started to gain back and am restarting it. I think it’s a combo of increased appetite from exercise, my travel schedule, and poor food choices right now. I’ll try to get off again later when I reach my goal.
