I ve been using the cream now for about 6 weeks now. The night sweats are gone but i am still having hot flashes thru out the day. Not as many as i had before starting the cream but they still linger. I figure i will continue using it for another 6 weeks and see if it helps to drop the flashes. It varies i am sure from person to person. One can only try and see if it helps them.
