This product works as far as its primary purpose. My night sweats greatly reduced even in the first 10 days. I have used this product for 4 weeks now. I still wake up middle of the night and still wake up overheated sometimes. But at least I am not drenched in sweat. Applying the product is easy. But its consistency does pill up if you rub it in. And the pump doesn't always dispense the same amount.
