I wasn’t sure at first but I really love this product. I feel like my skin looks better with consistent use. My only gripe is towards the end of the first bottle it all congealed, and putting it in warm water didn’t help. So there was a lot of wasted product. When I asked customer service I was told it should be refrigerated but I carefully read, thought I did at least, and read it didn’t have to be refrigerated. So that was disappointing.
