This cream takes a little patience, but after around the second month I really started to notice a difference. I already have pretty nice skin for my age (41) due to religious sunscreen usage and diligent skincare because of my lifetime chronic acne, but this cream turned it back about 5-10 years. My skin just looks brighter, firmer/plumper/more bounce, and it has reduced the size of my pores (which have always been quite oily & large). And it doesn't break me out. I apply it in the AM and I treat it like a medication, not a moisturizer -- 1 pump and dot it over the face. I find it spreads more easily if I'm putting it on skin that is still a little damp from my toner & AM exfoliant. I let it absorb, then apply sunscreen. I use Adapalene + Azalaic acid in the PM and my skin looks fabulous. Unfortunately every time I try to carefully introduce tretinoin it is a disaster, but the Adapalene works great, so we stick to that.
