I agree with some of the other reviews. This does take time to see visible results so be patient. I haven’t had any side effects which is great, but there was a learning curve with applying it. My dermatologist said it was okay to mix it with a little lotion and that made it easier for me to get an even application. One pump by itself was difficult to get even coverage, but a bit of my lotion mix in my palm before applying fixed that. I highly recommended.
