I had started to lose some energy with hormonal changes. I was feeling the need to nap in the afternoons, despite a lot of activity, working out, etc. I checked the ingredients in the pill and they all looked promising. Halfway through the first bottle, I started gaining energy (no more naps) and even lost a bit of weight! I highly recommend this product.
