I first begain by sanding the dressing table using an electrical sander

I then sprayed the entire item using white primer thin layers work best

once the primer was dry I then painted the item by hand. Using a contrasting colour for the drawer fronts I used a spray paint for this

finally ince the paint was completely dry (24 hours) the final touch was to use wall paper cur to size to stick on the drawe fronts so the contrast colour showed on the edges. all completed except the drawer knobs which I am waiting to be delivered :)
