you're going to need to ditch the soda.. diet sodas too.. drink lots of water! it does wonders for your body. if you get tired of plain water, try herbal teas.. hot or cold! they come in so many flavors and have different benefits for your body! if you want to sweeten it, add some honey or stevia!
detox water is also a very fun and tasty way to add some spice to your weight loss journey! who doesn't love fruit? it's just like drinking flavored water without all of the weird additional ingredients.. certain combinations of fruits can help with things like weightloss, stress, sleep.. etc.
fruit smoothies are amazing and fill you up! try making your own and experiment on different flavors.

give some life to that salad! look up different recipes for salads that you would be interested in eating. don't stick to the basic house salad 👎

now exercising is probably a struggle.. you get sore.. you're busy.. you sweat.. and sometimes you're just too tired.. try doing something that you've always wanted to learn.. for me, it's belly dancing! or you can learn the choreography from your favorite singers or dancers.. make it fun 😊

take progress pics, make an instagram dedicated to your journey, a youtube channel, or just your own blog/vlog. it's amazing to document your progress and look back at how far you've gone.. your supporters will always cheer you on as well
