no bake hazelnut cheesecake

  • Ingredients

    1 & 1/3 cups Oreo baking crumbs

    4 tbsp melted butter

    750g of cream cheese, room temperature

    1 & 1/2 cups Nutella

    Topping

    3/4 cup Nutella

    10-12 Ferrero Rochers (optional)

    1/4 cup ground hazelnuts (optional, I grounded whole hazelnuts using a coffee grinder)

  • Instructions

    1) Lightly butter the sides of a 9″springform pan and line with wax paper. Mix the melted butter with the baking crumbs, press onto the bottom of the pan, then chill in the freezer.

    2) Meanwhile, using a handheld mixer, blend the cream cheese with the Nutella spread until smooth

  • pour over chilled crust. Put back in the freezer for 1 hour to firm up.

    3) Spread more Nutella on top of the cheesecake. Sprinkle with ground hazelnuts and decorate with some Ferrero Rocher candies. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour or until ready to serve.
