first of all it will take time, it will be diffucult at times! set goals and promise your self youll reach them. take baby steps at first :)
i recommend first to change your diet maybe slowly at first or if your ready jump on in! know that you need breakfast every morning and start drinking water instead of sugary drinks. experiment in smoothies; a diet is not necessarily limiting yourself its also trying new things
eat fruit and vegetables regularly. try new things since ive been on my diet ive tried plenty of new things such as kale (im not a fan of), zuchinni, avocado, eggplant,asparagus(yummy) and hummus!
one banana and two eggs can make pancakes, avocado can make a good spread or dip. try new things!
dont forget to exercise! so... storytime when i started exercising i hadnt done anything in lets say a year i did blogilates calendar which consisted of a hardcore workout instead of starting with the begginer calendar i choose her decemburn one and it consisted of roughly a fifty min workout and ..
lets just say i couldnt barely walk! i couldnt sit it was a huge struggle going down the stairs i had to hold the rail and do one step at a time the pain lasted atleast four days. so in other words i highly recommened you go at your own pace. its healthy to puah yourself just no your limits! :)
i recommend starting with her begginer calendar i personally love her she has recipes on her site blogilates.com. and all these exercises are videos youll find on her youtube channell blogilates. find any person who does workout videos who inspire you or push you a little!
