how to fight general anxiety and panic attacks!!!first of all: YOURE NOT DYING secondly: YOURE NOT GOING CRAZy. thirdly: YOU ARE NOT A L O N E. some of the things that really helped me deal and overcome my anxiety and panic attacks were : 1)talking about it 2) accepting .........3) changing my habits ( drinking more water) eating more healthy and sleeping earlier!!! 4) face your fear whatever it is!!! tell it to bring it on ... and last but not least one friend of mine was going through this long time ago and told me to read a book that i feel really helped!!! im not promoting or anything i just feel that even if i help at least one person get over this it would make me very happy!!! so the book that i believe helped me alot with anxiety and panic attacks is called panic away by barry mcdonagh!!! it has a few excercises that help and it will change
