healthy dinner option that still tastes amazing!

  • This is a healthy balanced meal. seasoned chicken, brocolli, seeds and peanut butter.

  • Next you have green tea! this should.be drank in the morning and just before bed to release toxics and speed up your metabolism.

    Then a good breakfast:
    avacardo, hard boiled egg on ryveta crackers.
