  • Healthy Sleep Is Essential For The Wellbeing. However, 1 in 5 People Suffers From Insomnia

    The Most Common Causes Of Insomnia:
    Depression,stress and anxiety
    Illnesses
    Uncomfortable sleeping conditions
    Change of climate or time zone

    Ways Of Dealing With Insomnia:
    Avoid caffeine, stimulants and energy drinks.
    If you have a desk top job, make sure to go for a walk and get some fresh air before sleep.
    Follow bed time routine (personal hygiene, changing into bed time clothes)
    Sleep on a moderatley soft, comfortable and even bed.
    Maintain a moderate temperature in your room

  • 18 to 25 degrees cellcius.
    Quite and darkness help produce melatonin.
    Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day.

    DONTS:
    Dont eat greasy foods or junk food before bed.
    Dont smoke or drink alcohol before bed.
    Dont go to bed with cold feet(put on socks or stick a hot water bottle in your bed)
    Dont watch tv or play video games in bed.
    Dont put working electric appliances anywhere near your head.
    Dont sleep during the day.
    Dont focus on insomnia(sleep usually comes when you dont think about it
