delicious easy eggplant parmesan

  • what you need to buy:
    1 large eggplant
    bread crumbs
    3 eggs
    mozzarella or cheddar cheese
    parmesan cheese
    spaghetti noodles
    tomatoe sauce of choice
    olive oil

  • set your frying pan to medium, putting a cap full of olive oil into the pan. Set your tomato sauce into another frying pan putting on low to heat up. lastly boil your water preparing to cook the noodles.

  • Cut your eggplant approximately one inch thick, roll it into the flour first and than the egg lastly roll it into the bread crumbs. once the frying pan is heated up set your egg plant slices into the pan to lightly fry.

  • once they are brown put the shredded cheese of choice ontop. turn your oven onto broil and only keep in until cheese is shredded.

    ps; you should be cooking your noodles and keeping an eye on the sauce while you are cooking.

  • once the cheese is melted you are able to put noodles on a plate than the eggplant , with tomato sauce ontop and lastly some parmesan cheese to taste.

    voila !! It's done and ready to eat.
