    PREP TIME : 10MINS
    COOKING TIME 10MINS
    SERVES 4

  • INGREDIENTS :
    1/4 CUP REDUCED SODIUM SOY SAUCE
    6TBSP WATER DEVIDED USE
    1TBSP OF RAW HONEY
    1IB RAW TOP SIRLOIN BEEF TRIMMED SLICED INTO 1/2"THINK PIECES
    1TBSP COCOUNT OIL
    4CUPS BROCCOLI FLORETS
    2MIDIUM BELL PEPPERS 1"CUBES
    2 CLOVES OFGARLIC,CHOPPED
    1THIN SLICE FRESH GINGER,PEELED FINELY CHOPPED.

  • PREP:
    1.Combine soy sauce,4tbspwater,1tbsp cornstarch and honey in a small bowl and set aside.
    2.Combine remaining 1tbsp constarch,2tbsp water in a large bowl mix well then add your beef n toss together.
    3.Heat oil in large wok mid-high heat.

  • 4. Add beef,cookstirring frequently, for 2mins or untill cooked how you like your beef. Remove. from wok and keep warm.
    5. Add broccoli, bell pepper,garlic and ginger to wok,cook,stirring frequently for 3/5 mins place broccoli mixture in beef bowl.

  • 6. Add soy sauce mixture to wok,cook stirring constantly over mid-high heat for 30 seconds or untill thickened.
    7. Reture beef,broccoli mixture to your wok,cook for 1/2 mins or untill well mixed and heated through.
