    jumping jacks~40
    pliè squats~20
    one leg bridges~10 (each leg)
    donkey kicks~20 (each leg)
    weighted sumo squats~15 (each leg)
    leg raises~20 (each leg)
    jumping jacks~ 30
    and sometimes a walk about 4.0 miles
