  • Drink plenty of water everyday; drink at least 8 glasses a day. You will feel good, your skin, hair, nails, and overall health will appreciate you.

  • Exercise also helps, here are some of the exercises I do.

    squats~65
    jumping jacks~40
    pliè squats~20
    bridges~25
    one leg bridges~10 (each leg)
    donkey kicks~20 (each leg)
    weighted sumo squats~15 (each leg)
    leg raises~20 (each leg)
    jumping jacks~ 30
    and sometimes a walk about 4.0 miles
