    Get a good self tanner MOISTURIZING lotion.

    Use it as much a week as you want to gain a nice healthy glow.
    Use a tanning lotion that is good for your skin and moisturizer your face as well.
    Excercise 4/5 days a week. Focus on which areas of your body you want to work on.
