Yummy! Spinach Artichoke Goat Cheese Dip

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of plain soft goat cheese (or to taste)
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
2 jalapenos, finely chopped (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Pumpernickel round bread loaf (optional to make bread bowl)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, Goat cheese, garlic, salt and pepper (you can add mozzarella here if desired). Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in the preheated oven 25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.
If using bread loaf cut about 1/2 inch off the top of the loaf with a serrated knife.
Remove bread from the inside, making it hollow. Leave about 1 inch thick on the inside.
Cut the removed bread into cubes for dipping and place alongside the bowl.
Transfer mixture from oven to bread bowl and serve.
