  • Ok so my grandma came over one night to visit, and she told me that i've been eating healthy in the mornings, by eating the most simple thing to make!! Kinda...

  • What You Will Need:
    -eggs (one per sandwich)
    -plastic dish (size of a slice of bread)
    -milk (just enough to fill the bottom of the dish)
    -bread (2 slices)
    -ketchup (as much as you want)

  • Step one:
    Take the egg and crack it in to the plastic dish. These steps are so simple!!🍳

  • Next fill the rest of the bottom of the dish with milk 🍼

  • Place into the microwave for 55 seconds, if, when took out, still is a little liquified then put it back in for 20 seconds!!πŸ”₯

  • While waiting grab a plate and place two slices of bread on it!!! πŸ˜‹πŸžπŸž or toast!

  • Put the egg on a slice of bread/ toast 🍞🍳

  • Add the ketchup and make the sandwich and then cut anyway you want!! 🍞🍳🍞

  • I like having a glass of milk with a sandwich! This is how i get my protein in the mornings!! πŸ˜‰πŸ˜›
