Yummy Macaroni And Cheese Cupcakes

  • You will need
    2 Cups uncooked macaroni
    2 Tablespoons butter
    2 Tablespoons flour
    1 Teaspoon dry mustard
    1 Teaspoon salt
    2 ½ Cups milk
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • Preheat over to 375
    In medium saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour, mustard and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir until mixture thickens enough to coat spoon. Remove from heat mix in 1½ cups shredded cheese. Stir until melted.
    Mix with cooked macaroni

  • In a muffin pan put 1/4 cup scoops in to each muffin spot.
    Top with remaining cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes.

    If wanted add before baking
    1 7oz can tuna
    Or
    1 ½ cups cubed ham chicken or turkey
    Or
    ½ pound hot dogs cut into bite size
    Or
    10 oz frozen broccoli or spinach thawed and well drained.
