Yummy Chocolate Chip Cookies by Tina Shennan Yummy Chocolate Chip CookiesChocolate chip cookies Ingredients: 125g plain flour 70g butter (softened) 1 egg 50g soft brown sugar (demerara) 50g caster sugar 110g chocolate chips 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1 tsp vanilla extract Method pre-heat oven to 180c/gas mark 4 grease two baking trays with butter and line with baking paper Add the sugar,caster sugar,flour,bicarbonate of soda.butter and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix Add the egg and chocolate chips and stir to form a thick cookie dough (will be a wet cookie dough) Take golf-ball size amounts of the mixture and place on trays. space well apart as mixture will spread when cooking. Cook for 12 minutes until golden brown
