You Me And Acne

Do you have an acne problem and can't get rid of those crazy black heads? No fear baking soda is here!! You can use baking soda to wash your face in the shower at the sink it doesn't matter where! Here is what I do in the morning when I wake up and take a shower to get ready for my day I have a small container of baking soda in the shower with a lid to keep it from getting completely wet. After opening your pores with some warm water mix about a table spoon of baking soda with the water on your hands to make a smooth paste then scrub your face with just your hands and baking soda.

Make sure you get all your trouble spots while scrubbing with baking soda. Then rinse! That's it! Your face will feel soft and look brighter! You may want to moisturize with a light lotion. I use baby lotion. I have also used baking soda on my boyfriends back and it has worked very well for him too! USING WITH MAKE UP: I wear make up to work and on those days when I get home I will wash my face with a regular make up removing face wash to rid my face of any excess make up. Then you can use the baking soda!
