Time for a trim! If you are trying to grow your hair out, get a good amount cut off so the dead ends are good and healthy to start your journey of hair growth. If you don't cut much off, you'll just have to cut a ton off once it's longer, and it will be more tragic. 😦
Put a mask on your hair at least once a week... There are a ton of DIY hair mask on the internet. Find a few that are meant for your hair type and apply it to your strands once a week... AT LEAST!
Limit your heat tools to no more than once a week... And make sure to use a heat protectant when you do!
Use shampoos without silicones , dyes and parabens! They make your hair feel nice but in the long run it just does awful things to it!
Once a week make a paste with baking soda and olive oil. Use instead of shampoo!
Once a week, rinse hair with apple cider vinegar. It helps clean build up and helps hair look shiny.
Apply coconut oil to the ends of your hair everyday. A little goes a long way.
Take biotin once a day.
Take zinc once a day.
Take a b complex vitamin daily.
Increase your vitamin c.
Take an omega vitamin once a day.
Wash your hair every second day or third. At first your hair may be greasy by the second day because it isn't used to not being washed, but give it 2 weeks and it should be fine. In the mean time use a dry shampoo!
Store bought dry shampoos can dry your hair out, so instead of buying ones full of chemicals, you should make your own. Swipe for recipe!

Mix the two things together until it becomes a shade that matches your hair colour.
Use a kabuki brush and apply the powder to your roots... Once it is distributed evenly, brush your hair so no powder shows!
Drink a ton of water!
Buy a boar bristle brush... It helps distribute natural oils throughout all of your hair!
Use a wide toothed comb on damp hair... Or better yet, don't brush your hair at all while it's wet!
Make sure when you put your hair up, that it Isn't too tight, and use fabric elastics that don't hurt your hair.

Make sure to exercise daily!
Limit your sugar intake!
Rinse hair with Luke warm water so it doesn't dry it out.
Limit heat tools on your hair.
