Yeast Free Pretzels!! by Yeast Free Pretzels!!2 cups All purpose Flour Ingredients 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter 2 tbsp White Sugar 2 tsp Baking Powder 1/3 cup Whole Milk (may need more) a pinch of salt Coarse Salt or Salt Flakes One large egg1.preheat oven to 350 F 2. Put flour in a large bowl & cut in the butter 3. Add in the sugar, baking power, & salt 4.add milk slowly not all at once & mix well till dough isn't sticky but isn't dry 5.divide dough into small portions & roll into snacks or balls or whatever shape of pretzel you are makin 6.when done shaping, brush the dough with the beaten egg & some coarse salt flakes 7. Bake for 10-13 minutes depending on size of pretzel & bake until browning on top
