Working out while on your period is not always a fun idea. But here are some tips on how to make it a little more easier.💪💪
Depending on your comfort level use the right protection while excersizing. For myself I would use tampons to workout because there is less shifting and moving around than pads, the tampons would stay and place and you don't even feel it. Don't take my word for it just use whatever feels comfortable
You lose more weight while on your period and excersizing so don't skip out on a week of excersizing.
If you are up to it you can do jumping jacks and and running and all that jazz but if not try some of these workouts>>>>>
Always stretch. Especially if your having cramps stretch out the problem area. For legs do this stretch^^.
