  • Some of you might want that beach body or to just lose weight. This schedule is one that is split up to evenly workout your body. 

    A tip is:
    You can only focus on one part of your body a day when working out
    Ex: leg day and another will be arm day

    Another tip:
    Always add cardio into your workout. Cardio is the most important to your workout. Don't go right into weights because your not going to get the right results.

  • Remember to stretch before and after you workout. If you stretch BEFORE you workout you will have less of a chance of hurting yourself while working out. When you stretch AFTER  you workout it will stretch out your muscles and will make you feel good the next day because you won't be all achy.

    If you want to lose weight make a scedule and cut down on junk food. Walking, jogging or running is good too. Just be active and it healthy.
