    Do it slowly, take your time, and don't let yourself get stiff

    *30 second break*

  • β€’ 1 minute of bouncing squats
    squat and bounce 10 times and repeat

    *30 second break*

  • β€’ 1 minute of reverse lunges
    step back, do you a lunge and bounce 2 times then do other leg

    *30 second break*

  • β€’ 1 minute of side to side hops
    hop onto each foot

    *30 second break*

  • β€’ 1 minute of jumping squats
    squat and jump

  • β€’ 1 minute of one legged squats
    squat on each leg for 30 seconds each
