  • Most people don't have time to workout, but why not work out when you're cooking, cleaning, or simply watching TV?

  • When watching TV sit on your rug and do;
- 20 sit ups
- 20 crunches
- 10 push ups
- 7 burpees
REPEAT x 3

  • When cooking it's easy to workout;
- 45 toe raisers
- 20 walking lunges (when waiting for something to boil or be done cooling)
- 20 counter push ups (put hands on counter and do push ups)
