Work Out Tips Everyone Should Know!

First of all it starts with eating right.
Balancing what you eat with what you do is very important. But sometimes people tend to over eat. Here are some reminders of things you can do to keep your weight at a good rate!
1.) drink water before you eat!
2.) chew your food slowly! (This is very important because the more you chew your food the better it will digest! This also means you will eat less. Chewing food slowly also causes less carb intake.)
3.) put your phone down when you eat. (This one may not seem like such a big deal but it is. When you are on electronics you are not focusing
on the amount of food that you eat because you are busy on your phone. This can cause weight gain. If you are gaining weight then what will working out help?)
4.) have an eating schedule! (This one is really important. Your body will get used to the time that you eat. This way your body can appropriately use energy so that you aren't starving by the next meal but you aren't to full to not eat.)
5.) eat fruit before you work out. Oranges and bananas are the best recommendations.
Now let's get into working out.
I'm sure many of you know "how to work out" but there are some important details that people leave out!
Weather you are a beginner intermediate hard or expert in working out it is important to have 1 or 2 rest days depending on how much rest your body needs! Although rest is important for a day, make sure you also take rest periods even during the work out! Resting periods don't have to be just relaxing. If you aren't the "just rest" type then try stretching during those periods! This keeps the blood going while still give your body a chance to rest its self.
Scheduling is very important! Like in eating your body likes to know when you are going to take breaks! So have a certain day that you take a rest and don't change it!
I know people say this one all the time but that's because it's so important! Hydrate! It seems obvious but crazy as it sounds people often forget to hydrate! Hydrating can be complicated and that's probably why most people leave it out. Hydrating a lot during a work out can be distasteful and disastrous. Either you drink to much and get cramps or you don't drink at all. So hydrate a lot! But reduce intake of water before going
Wear clothes that make you want to work out but are also comfortable! This one, believe it or not, is a big one. People forget that working out is not a fashion show! No matter how good you look walking into the gym or even at home, you will still end up looking like a sweaty dog! So just dress in what makes you feel like you will be able to accomplish your workout!
JUST HAVE FUN!
The most important of all! If you are working out for someone, maybe a significant other, or simply for yourself it's important to remember to have fun with it!
