Work Out That Anyone Can Do

-No time for the gym
-Forget to do that 5-10 minute work out
-procrastinate
Work out doing daily regular life actives even working !!!
Depends on ur job to what u maybe able to do
Wash walls squat to get bottom don't sit or kneel
doing dishes u can deepening who's around u can
balance tippy toe long as u can then down up down
flex but muscles
kegels
practice shaking ur booty with keeping ur top half straight
stand over sitting if u can if u have a job on ur feet don't sit any chance u get u will get use to it after awhile
If u have a sitting job stand and stretch when when u can -
Stairs over elevator or escalator
Feeling lazy listen to upbeat music
Stretch , squat , as much u can as long as u can push ur self alil more each time
When working keep busy don't slack push ur self not to slack keep finding things to do ur body will show it and weight melts off and ur bosses may give u a raise for being a hard worker
I work at a dog daycare/boarding kennel
And running dogs back and forth to proper kennels and playing with them in the yards continues walking around in the yards of need to supervise the dogs and can run an play good place I to work even par time
