I juiced for about 4 days and there after all I did was juice for dinner and eat salad or black beans for breakfast and lunch, look up recipes online. Also remember to always go back to juicing if you start craving.
Ok so after juicing fill your day with the healthiest snacks ever I drank lots of cinnamon and green teas, also ate my favorite thing in the world, cucumber with lemon, so find out what you like, the fuller you are the less likely you'll be craving and thinking of food.
The exercise is very important but don't stress to much about it, in my opinion if your not sitting down all day and eating 100 percent healthy you'll be loosing weight, if you stop loosing weight after a while, add the walking for 30 minutes or any workout and just keep pushing, add more intense workout or run or do it longer. Build up don't cut back.
