-jacket (NO MATTER WHERE YOU GO)
-Roll undergarments inside each day's outfit and if you have shoes for the outfit toll them inside as well.
-If you're getting on a plane, wrap/tie your jacket around your waist and tie your hair up. Airplanes tend to be cold you want a jacket in case and planes also tend to feel gross so by keeping your hair up, you won't feel as dirty.
-grab gum, snacks, and drinks before you hop on the plane because gym makes your ears pop and it takes flight attendants time before they can start passing out snacks and drinks.
