What To Eat Before And After A Workout

Morning workout folks:
Always eat something in the morning. It can be a maybe just half of a banana or a small bowl or oatmeal. Having something in your system is better than nothing!
Afternoon workout folks:
If hungry, have a small snack. Power foods are usually recommend before working out. Foods like oatmeal, bananas, or apples with peanut butter
After your workout:
You should always try eating within 30 minutes after working out so your body doesn't burn the muscle you just worked hard to gain. Having protein is recommended after working out so your body has something to burn off. I will usually have a chicken salad with almonds, or salmon. Even if you're not hungry you should at least have something small.
