What I Do To Stay Away From Damaging Things To My Hair!
I always have problems of straightening my hair or curling my hair too much and my hair is completely damaged. Not all because of that its more of cause an accident. So this is what I do to limit my damaging things.
Since it's the summer I'm not doing anything so that's easy for me. I never do my hair all I do is put it in a pony tail and leave it alone. I still put more products in my hair to help it become longer so I can just trim the ends off cause once the split ends are here. You can only cut them. There is no way to get rid of all of them. So start by just putting your hair up
Away from that I always let my hair air dry. If you have naturally poofy curly hair like me it's not easy to straighten but that why I comb my hair not a wide tooth just comb my hair and leave it alone. It usually stays straight until it's dry. If your one of those people that get bored and do your hair or make up. Do make up. Find something to do the more your think about it the more tempting it is. (Watch a tv series) (read) whatever helps you.
If possible do not wash your hair every day!!! It is more damaging than straightening your hair. I can't stand greasy hair. But if it's up I never really feel it so just try to limit when you wash your hair. You can also try exercising that kind of gets things like that off your mind. Some people don't cause after that they would want to take a shower. Just wash your face or put you hair up and take a shower! That can sure help.
You can also try using a healthier shampoo and conditioner. That helps. I use a split end remedy form a hair salon and it helps a lot with my hair. And I use two consumers and mix so my conditioner last longer cause I'm a conditioner freak so it last much longer. I use a treatment but I leave t in you're supposed to wash it out but I just use a small amount and put it in my hair. I use a lot of heat protectant related products to help my hair have a healthier look to it. I have serums too which help. So using healthier products rather than 1 dollar shampoo and conditioner dries your hair out.
