Okay so for a long time I looked for a diet plan that was easy to follow and cheap, I'm 17 and live with my grandparents.
My dad gave me a diet to stick to , keep flicking to see it!
Breakfast - Bran flakes with semi skimmed milk with warm water and lemon (squeeze some lemon into the water then put slices in, warm it up in the microwave)
Lunch - tuna and salad no mayo
Dinner - chicken breast, mixed veg Cous Cous/rice and a dressing of your choice.
Supper - bran flakes
If your hungry during meals drink water!!!
Snacks - rice cakes (no more than 3 a day)
I still drink coffee during the day, I'm seriously addicted, also If I crave something which is very rare I find an alternative e.g I was craving ice cream so I froze a fat free yogurt and it was amazing!!! Don't just buy plain rice cakes, mix it up, I enjoy the salt and vinegar ones :)
Don't forget to exercise, start off by doing some home workouts, I'll post one on the next page, then try going out for a run on a sunny day, take the stairs at work or college, I do and you get used to it!!
