  • This is my personal fitness pal (i just started my day). I like my fitness pal the best because it tracks everything like sodium, calcium, carbs, fat, protein ect. Other apps just calculate your carbs, proteins, and fats. You have to pay to track the others

My fitness app has a step monitor and its very accurate. But i turned mine off because i really don't eat a lot and i don't like having more calories being added so i can eat more when i don't want to.

  • My goal cal. is 1000. So if i eat 900 a day and i walk with my steps on it will add like 400 for me to eat that i don't want. So if you enter your journal and you have more than 100 cals left, it leaves you this message. Its annoying. So i turned my steps off.

  • With the last photo, if you have less than 100 calories or you used it all and included your workout. It gives you an estimate of what you will way if you keep it up 😍 i love it. These messages are really motivational to me to see how close it is.

  • I use sworkit to workout. Sworkit is pretty good i like it. It has yoga, stretching, strength, and cardio for the main app. But with all the other body apps it focuses more on the body area you wanna work on. I like it, it's pretty good.

  • Using sworkit, its best to work for at least an hour because it burns more calories and the picture is pretty self explanatory.
