In a month and a bit, I know pretty long time, I went from 9.8 stone to 8.4 stone.
9.8 stone is over weight for a 5'3 girl a healthy weight is 8 stone - 8.4/8.5 stone.
I wont go into detail of that.
I still lost that weight even with eating Chocolate and sweets and other un healthy foods.
Drink water! I can't really say how much water helps, but it really does. All i did was drink water when i got up and A couple of glasses through the day.
It helps boost your metabolism and helps digest food if drank before a meal.
seeing as I am in y8 at high school, I do PE. In pe I do volley ball, but to warm up all we go is jog a 3g pitch.
Walking is great and by walking I lost lot of weight, I walk every day from Fenton to a high school in Blurton and back. Walking around school all the time helps too.
If you are an adult walking is fine, dont need to do much or if you have kids, running around the park with them. Got a little boy kick a football round , do anything to be Active
Last but not least
Don't stop with just running, dance around a bit. Got a wii or xbox connect play dance central or any just dance, play it with your kids or friends, its great fun and you loose weight, play zumba games.
Enjoy yourself by relaxing watching tv. Having a easter egg or any sweet foods. DONT OVER WORK YOURSELF. And above all dont starve yourself it oesnt get you anywhere in the long run :3
